I was born and raised in rural Buenos Aires to a family of veterinarians and biologists who encouraged my early love my nature and the outdoors. My journey with birds, especifically, started in 2018 when I volunteered to do fieldwork for the Saffron-cowled Blackbird Project; later on I ended up working as a full-time field technician for many seasons. This was the push I needed to get involved in birding and conservation. Since then, I brought together my education as translator and interpreter with my newly discovered passion, and volunteered as communicator for eBird Argentina and Aves Argentinas. I travelled my country extensively, getting to know its landscapes and birds in depth. I also started guiding and discovered great joy in sharing my own awe for Nature with others. Since 2023 I also work as communication specialist for the Association of Field Ornithologists.
